Burning mouth of the stomach

hello, I've been 3 days with a burning that rises from the mouth of the stomach to the chest, this has left me scared. I did an endoscopy two years ago that did not accuse anything, but at the time it did not have burning, just a lot of salivation.
It's been 5 days since I started treatment with Escitalopram 15mg, I believe this is not an adverse reaction to the remedy, or can it be?

I'm not taking anything, my doubt is, and if the remedy can cause it. I thought someone might have been through this.
