wits end

[Granny Primark]

I was feeling really down yesterday.
I rang up my mate and we had a good old natter.
Then 1/2 hour later her son comes round my house and gave me a bottle of wine and some flowers off his mum.
I was really touched and rang my mate up to say thanks.
It was at that point I noticed the name of the wine. It was called "wits end"
I rang her up laughing and asked her did she realise the name of the wine shed sent me? she said "no why?"
I told her the name and she burst out laughing she said shed just picked up the bottle from the co op and hadnt noticed.
How ironic was that?
