scared out of my wits

I have been extremely tight in the shoulders lately and in the neck.
Today I went to the Chiro. and had my neck and upper back cracked.
COming home today I had a terrible feeling in my upper jaw.It felt
like a throb and then left now I have had it about four times. I am
worried it is something like a stroke, my eyes have been blurry off and on for a couple of weeks and not sure if it is related. It also
could be all the tension in my jaw and temples. I have never had this feeling before and realize i am going to need professional help to help control myself when things like this happen.

Hi Trina,

I know that I get a lot of aches and pains which i have been told is a sympton of panic/anxiety. It could all be related. I have also had the blurry vision. All of our bodies react diffrent to anxiety. But I would definitaly go to the doctor just to be sure. I know I wasnt very helpful but I tried you seem very worried...and i wanted to help lol. Just try not to panic about it.

I've had ALL of your symptoms at one time or another!!

But, go and see your GP just to put your mind at rest.

Doesn't sound like a stroke .
More likely to be the result of the Chiro moving nerves around and releasing energy.
Massage/ Yoga will help
