Period just over a week early

Hi all, so I just wondered, has anyone on here ever had there period come just over a week early, so I’m trying to be rational as I have been really stressed with my health anxiety for 3 months now, also I’m 45 in the age bracket for peri menopause and I had a hysteroscopy done at the end of may which came back normal , I’m also up to date with my smear not due for a year and a half, but I can’t help worrying it’s something bad, at least my boob stretch mark dent has taken a back seat at the moment, so if any ladies have had this after a bad bout of anxiety or because of perimenopause, it would be reassuring to know, one other thing my mum and my mums sister both started perimenopause in there mid forties and had really bad bleeding issues.

Hey Herbie.....I'm still here and also still struggling big-time with my 50 year old late peri issues. A week early is nothing! I've had 4 weeks late, two weeks early this very month (and only a 10 day gap therefore between period episodes).

Thanks carys, you alway make me feel better, I just hate the changes as you age, I wish they would give you a manual on what to expect, just before you turn 40, maybe less women would panic xxx

Trouble is, from what I can work out......there are any number of possibilities that the manual might contain LOL It could be 2 years, 10 years, you might have x, y and z or actually have a, b, c and d but with a bit of x. You get the idea

Well im 27 and two months ago my period was a week early, don’t know why, but it’s been normal afterwards!
