Re: I can’t tell if the lumps in my breast are normal or not!!

And I had a fibroadenoma during pregnancy- the rush of hormones increases its size - had that never happened I may of never known it existed because it couldn’t be felt before.

I’m not sure why it is I can reassure others but not myself on this!

Lime slime - what discharge did u get?

    Carys - what’s my chances at 34

Eugh health anxiety and cancer worries SUCK!

Does anyone else have uneven ribs / collar bone - one side bigger than other etc? Doctors keep saying it’s bone but they are GP ‘s not specialists!

    Unhappy Please help, reassurance please?

Sorry if I’m posting too much about this but my horrible anxiety is back at a very bad time.

Back in March I had this sharp pain in the side of one breast while I was sleeping that caused me to wake up partially. I was still somewhat asleep so I rolled my hand over the pain to massage it, as I was doing so I told myself it was breast cancer, and the fear of having it or it slowly growing inside me has been terrorizing me for almost a year and I cannot talk myself out of this.

I was 19 (20 now) when this happened. I went to the doctor and she said not to worry and I was fine but I’m so scared it’s in there somewhere still. I did find out my friends mom had breast cancer so I feel like that triggered the thought a little bit. What’s worse is a actually did a research paper on this woman who discovered her cancer through a dream a month after my “dream”.

This triggered a bunch of other cancer fears that I’d flip flop to, once I thought I had sarcoma and then I thought how stupid I was for thinking I had breast cancer. This almost year long panic attack was triggered by a single split second “dream” and I just cannot seem to let it go.
