    slight yellowish stool HELP

I have kept my anxiety well under controll for quite some times now; not thinking much all the horrors that could happen - until just now. Sorry if anyone is disgusted, but after a short bowel movements I noticed my stool were obviously a bit yellowish; you know; yeallowish brown/light brown; somewhere between yellow and brown. And of course; I go and do the #1 no-no thing: google and virtually all search result lists are saying that liver and pancreas problems are the number 1 and 2 most common causes for yellow stoools.

Sorry to bother people here again; but that is what it says.
    1.Liver issues
    2.Pancreas issues

Further down the list it says something you ate. So scared again now.

Stress and anxiety also causes this, as can indigestion and changes in the fats you eat and general gastric 'upset'. If the delicate balance is disrupted even slightly, through gut bacteria and enzymes/acids changing through even the most mild emotional changes, this can be the result. I would say I have this about once a week (for years and years), sometimes more, sometimes less.

I also have this all the time, the trouble I found was I looked it up on google and they always give a description of the perfect bowel movement, I dont think there is such a thing, everyone is different and I try not to get too hung up on it now x

Stool colour is pretty insignificant. Put it out of your head. Eat some red meat for a few days.

I've had this off and on for as long as I can remember. My kids sometimes have it as well. I've had every test for liver and pancreas and they're all fine. My doctor always says not to worry about things like this, especially because stress and anxiety will cause and exacerbate gastro issues. Please try not to worry about this.
