Vision slightly shaking and feels like inner ear vibrating?

I never notice this when im on the move but if im relaxing on the sette or bed i notice my vision flickers slightly from side to side and feel like my ears are vibrating,i had an mri scan back in march came back clear and nunerous doctors visits which say anxiety ect...also sae a neurologist because i am havin grainy vision she said i have visual snow syndrome but im not sure these symptoms are connected.i cant relax without feel like my head and ears and shaking

Iv just recently noticed my vision shaking as well. Is it in time with your heart beat?

Theres like a pulse in my ears which dhskes the vision with it
