dull stomach pain since last night NEED HELP freaking out

Hey guys I’m 23 years old & pretty sure I have IBS that flares up. So I started taking a NEW bc pill this month & it’s my fourth week, this pill has only 4 days of placebo. So I think my body is trying to get used to the hormones or soemthing. Last night I had dull pain in my stomach & I went to sleep & woke up didn’t have anything but itcame & went through the morning. I got really hungry & I lt stopped , ate rice cakes & drank water because I don’t wanna make my stomach hurt. This dull pain comes & goes in my left side stomach area. ANYONE else have this before? I used to have bad indigestion & bloating & I still have bloating issues but I thought this would be gone by now... any advice ?

You've gone from appendicitis fears to this in just a couple of days It's very typical HA behavior. I would suggest real life help. Therapy and/or meds.
