teeth grinding/pain

I hate this
Im in control but this is more of habit now even tho i suffer everyday anxiety
I am due to have relaxation lessons so to speak as i suffer anxiety which is linked to my fibro also xx
My teeth and gums feel sore and painful x

I too grind my teeth, never noticed it but it is a habit, especailly when I'm anxious, at the moment no pain though.

Mine is too. I thought it might be just holding my jaw so tight.
I also thought some of it is from the tension in my neck and shoulders.
