Hey, I didn't know whether to post this in the IBS/stomach section or not but seeing as I'm not sure if it's even related to my IBS I figured I'd post here and see whether anyone has had similar symptoms...

I've had acid reflux problems for the past 6 years or so but over the last week things have gotten super bad. Here are my recent symptoms -

-Gnawing burning sensation (like hunger pains but nauseating) in the middle abdomen/epigastric region
-Lower abdominal cramping/discomfort
-I vomited once a few days ago and felt better after but I also felt better after a bowel movement (had an empty stomach and it was only clear fluid)
-Usually nausea subsides after bowel movement and rest
-Lower back and hip pain as well as upper back rib pain
-Generally feel less nauseated after finally eating but still have pain and pressure on abdominal areas
-Generally constipated or find it hard to have a bowel movement.

Has anyone with IBS had these symptoms? I'm wondering if it's potentially gastritis or something similar. I've been to a doctor but all they're doing is sending me for an ultrasound and taking a stool sample, which I feel probably won't really diagnose the issue. I know I should try and push for an endoscopy (tho I'm scared of this) because at my age (32) I shouldn't really be getting these symptoms lol.

Also some of the symptoms could relate to my IBS (constipation, abdo pain etc) but I don't know if IBS causes pain in the epigastric region or even vomiting (tho I have felt nauseous at times before because of my stomach feeling pretty ropey)

I've mainly narrowed it down to symptoms sounding either like gastritis, h pylori, a peptic ulcer, my acid reflux/GERD or IBS. I don't drink or smoke anymore, and although my diet isn't great I do still try and eat some good food.

I have a gallbladder polyp but have been told it doesn't normally cause symptoms tho I'm not ruling out the gallbladder, however I'm seeing a specialist in a month for that so I will ask if this isn't resolved beforehand
