Fear and phobia about losing my teeth

I go to the dentist regularly due to go in December this year, but I am sacred that one day I will lose my teeth.

I have issues with a few of my teeth which I find difficult to keep clean, which gives me twingles, mainly it the wisdom teeth which are acting up. I suffer from an overcrowding problem, which make me feel my teeth are awful and I should have them all out.

I have had fillings and root canal done before.

It makes me upset, that I have issues with my teeth, even though I hate going to the dentist, it is important to get any issues sorted out. I wished my dentist pulled my wisdom teeth years ago.

I've pulled my wisdom tooth recently and I am so happy! no more pain, they are absolutely useless these ugly monsters. I also have a phobia of losing my teeth when I drive a car, that I will get in an accident and hit my head against stearing wheel (even regardless safety pollows that I have in my car) and will lose my front teeth. I don't know what to do with that, gives me much stress...

Only way is to stay healthy, brush your teeth and take some vitamins! Thats it
