Ear drum twitch?

Got really stressed at work and got a nice eye twitch that comes and goes for the past few weeks.
My ear started twitching on the inside though like a flutter the past few days? It's constant and like an irregular heartbeat.
I'm chalking it all up to anxiety and stress since it's been a stressful time but it's annoying me now I'm not stressed it's decided to appear haha.

Anyone else had this? I'm not too worried at the moment, just want to know if it's a thing others have had or if I've just got ... lucky

I have that too sometimes. It is sometimes triggered by a sertain pitch of a noise.
