hi all sorry to keep moaning the last few days ive had a new symptom. its like a burning feeling in my back coming from somewhere interna..l it is about half way down my backfeels like it going into my throat also the pain can be really bad and im worried there something wrong with my lungs also im having difficulty in swallowing and loads of twitching muscles.... im terified some food may ave gone into my lungs....does anyone else get this

This symptom can be associated with acid reflux.
Are you very churny/nauseated in your tummy ?

yes meg my tummy has been verry bubbly an funny lately along with hard to swallow and feelin sick

This is very common with anxiety.
Maybe for the weekend try a good few swigs of gaviscon- if it doesn't settle, visit your GP for a medication to help with this acidity ie omeprazole to help whilst you are dealing with increased anxiety
Aloe vera juice from a health food shop or on line is also very soothing.
