Currently on 50mg of setraline recently had a major trigger of bad depression on a few occasions this could happen. I do always feel anxious on edge and touchy towards what people may say about me. I do have a doctors appointment in a wks time . Just started today doubling up on my medication. Might even think after my pills run out after doubling up go even further up. I,m 42 had numerous councilling sessions (can’t) etc. I think that’s the way forward for me.

Good point but i think maybe from experience i was on 100 mg but choose to go down, maybe i,m trying to find that magic wand. I don’t feel as bad as i was on Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday that was bloody horrendous. Suicidal thoughts. There was a trigger brewing up in the background thstcsme out eventually on Monday.
