Scared of my side effects

I started at 25mg then went to 37.5 extended releases. I am waking up anxious and panicky ( even worse than before). I’ve been on 25mg for two weeks and 37.5mg for 3 days. I have Xanax to take but don’t want to keep popping pills. Is this extreme anxiety normal, or should I lower my dose? I’m scared 😱

If you are really worried and your anxiety is on high alert then maybe it would be best to consider a review with a doctor?

They may suggest waiting a little longer to see if the symptoms calm down x

Hi I take ven and it's absolutely normal with every increase for it heighten your anxiety and cause other side effects. I increased mine 4 days ago by another 37.5mg and I'm feeling very nauseous, headache and slightly more anxious. It should soon settle so if you can just try and go with it altho I know that's hard ××
