I reckon sub-consciously it’s my anxiety making the symptoms happen and my sertraline increasing my anxiety

The only thing that matters is that you accept you have anxiety.

I’ve woken up and my stomach is in knots and I feel so anxious it’s unbearable I literally don’t know what to do
