Excessive yawning

I can't stop yawning. I'm starting to get very worried. Anyone else get this? Is there a way to reduce it?

Hi, you can check my posts I posted the exact same thing a few months ago. Don't worry about it, it eventual went away for me. I found that the more I thought about it, the more I yawned. In fact I'm yawning right now!

Even reading this post made me yawn! It's one of those things that if you focus on, will happen more and more. When you forget about it, it will go away but easier said than done I know!

My daughter went through a period when she was about 4 when she yawned non-stop all day, I was sooo worried. Took her to the doc and she told me it was a nervous thing x

Some antidepressants have this listed as a side effect. If you have started taking them or increased your dosage recently, I would suggest checking against your med on Drugs.com to see if it listed.
