Hi all just wondering what tests ye have had to rule out heart issues and how do you cope with chest pains and skips . How do i stop questioning the tests ive had done and not think that the chest pains are heart related. Had tests done over a year ago.

People get chest pains for loads of reasons including trapped wind, indigestion, costochondritis, muscle tension. I don't know what angina or a heart attack feel like so can't advise there. For my costochondritis if I push the rib and it hurts more I rationalize it must be muscular. For trapped wind I try and burp or fart. For muscle tension I lie down for some relief. For reflux i usually get a taste of lemon in my mouth. This is just what works for me to semi rule things out. Not a medical opinion just my strategy. If seems odd get it checked out. I am not a doctor.
