pea sized/small lump on back of neck (right side)

Hi guys,

I've had a lump on the back of my neck (on the right side) for a few years now.

Last week I had a big pimple which hurt a lot on the back/bottom of my head on the right side. I then noticed a different lump on my neck (under the pimple) and feel like it's a lymph node.

I don't have any symptoms. The pimple is gone now.
It's been about 4 days now and I'm freaking out whether it's cancer or something.

Nope. It's just a lymph node. 99% of the time a lymph node pops up for an infection. You have absolutely no reason to believe it's the big C.

I guess my anxiety is just playing up and I have been prodding it at it which won't help with anything.
I am going to try and not touch it and hope it comes down.

That's a good idea. I will caution that it may never go down, some don't. The difference between cancer and normal reactive nodes is that cancerous nodes continue to grow..... ALWAYS!
