Sertraline increase from 25 to 50mgs

    Hey guys!

I have been on 25mgs sertraline for about 4 months now and although it has really helped I am now starting to get terrible anxiety again, especially in the morning. I plan to increase this Friday. Given the length of time of 25mgs do you guys reckon the side effects will be minimal when I increase?

    Thanks for reading !

Hiya, yes I don't think you will have any side effects or if you do they will be mild. When I went from 50mg to 100mg I just felt a tiny bit sick but that was it really.

    All the best!

If you have side effects, they will most likely be on days 5-9. Every time I did a dose increase the first few days I felt better, 5-9 some mild stomach issues, increased anxiety, shaky and day 10 came out feeling alot better. Just gotta distract yourself until your body adjusts and becomes one with the new dose.
