I'm on day 4 Jem21, never took any antidepressants before so didn't really know what to expect but now just hope these feelings ease up.
I hope you're feeling better? And your head feels better, I can understand how you feel not with it and it's not a very nice sensation x

The first week is tough. I was still going to work when I started and I found it overwhelming at times. Second was a bit easier but, like with all the others, I started convincing myself that if it’s been more than a week and i’ll be stuck like this.
Completely normal to feel crap and out of it at first but it does get a lot easier so really don’t panic.
