Good evening all! I wonder if anyone can help or offer advice. For the past two weeks I have had awful stomach discomfort. It started with constipation then progressed to diarrhoea with a horrible, heavy feeling in my abdomen, quite low down. My bowel movements appear to have setlled now but I still have the heavy feeling in my stomach. We are in the middle of relocating to France just now and I know I am stressed to the hilt with everything that needs to be done. We leave the UK in three weeks. I am normally in very good health with no problems. However, I find just now that I am extremely anxious and after googling my symptoms (I know I shouldn’t but couldn’t help it) I have convinced myself I have some awful illness. Basically, I am eating as normal so haven’t lost my appetite but I feel bloated much of the time and have this horrible heavy feeling low down. I feel that, just when I am on the verge of achieving my life long dream, I’m not going to make it and it’s taking my anxiety levels through the roof! Help!
