phobia of brain aneurysm

Ever since my tinnitus got bad and my dizziness comes and goes while feeling sick (when i go dizzy it brings on panic attack FYI) i keep having the fear its not just tinnitus but a brain anyuerysm , the dizziness the sickness etc worst thing i did was google stuff but i got sent to a doctor he checked my balance and blood pressure etc talked to me about it,

do you think thats enough or should i have i had a scan or more thorough testing?

My mother died from a brain anyuerysm and believe me, if you had one you would be on the floor. There is no in between you are either on the floor or you are fine. I was terrified I had one too so I eventually asked to have a MRI and I was fine. Anyerusims are not that common either. I hear ya though, I panic at any sign of illness.....

I got really scared about this a few months ago and gave myself a panic attack.

I went to see a doctor about my panic and spoke to her about this particular fear.

I was told that there's pretty much no denying it. You'd know if you were suffering from one as you'd have a 'lightning strike headache' and would probably be on the floor. You'd be in a LOT of pain, apparently.

I hope you can get through this. The doctor knows best
