Aching Shoulders in a morning...any tips?

    Hi,

Every morning I wake up with aching, painful shoulders. After going to the gym the pain goes away and I feel more relaxed. However, it's not practical or healthy to do this everyday

Has anyone got any tips with how to get rid of/ease the symptoms?

    Cheers

Id go with a hot bath as well. Maybe some relaxation oils. Check out some of the items in the shop. They are renowned for helping you to relax x x x
