Anxiety headache

My head hurts all day. I'm sure it's anxiety as I'm stressing over a brain tumour. It hurts the most at the back of my head. Does anyone else suffer with this.

I've had this for the last week and a half and is definitely due to anxiety. The fact you said it's at the back of your head points even more towards anxiety as your neck muscles are probably extremely tense etc... Take some painkillers and try to ignore it and it will go eventually

Would it explain the light head too.

Most definitely! I always feel light headed when I'm anxious or stressed! In fact it's the most common symptom I feel!

It's a vicious circle. I stress feel light headed/woozy and then get headache cos I'm stressing. Hate this feeling. Am convinced it's a brain tumour. I've felt woozy for over a month and the doctor says its vertigo. I don't think it is. I'm totally convinced that it's a brain tumour and want a referral but they think I'm mad.
