    My tips:

    1) Don't go to bed until you're really tired. Otherwise laying there frustrated and ruminating just makes it worse.
    2) Take a Benadryl to make you sleepy.
    3) No napping during the day.
    4) No caffeine after 2 pm.
    5) An hour before bed, turn off electronics and try doing something like reading. Something relaxing that gets your body in the mood to sleep.

    1) Screens before bed keep you awake, try to not use these.
    2) A good workout in the evening to help need more rest may help.
    3) Reading in bed is my personal favourite always gets me straight to sleep!
    4) Go to bed rather early! Use the morning to get stuff done
