Hi, my name is Lin and I am 45yrs old. I have suffered from Panic Disorder and all that goes with it for around 18yrs. I am certainly not free from it, but I do have an understanding of it more after all these years and after going to therapy for 2 yrs and reading books etc. I would love to hear from anyone whom is looking to maybe form friendships or anyone that would need an ear or helping one another by gaining support from each other as I feel I am empathetic.
