    Some words of wisdom/quotes for fellow sufferers

    The very battle you are fighting right now is setting you up for the biggest victory of your life dont give up!

    No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn,t trying!

    Instead of looking at the hundred reasons to give up, look at that thousand reasons not to!

    Dont feel sad over someone that gave up on you, feel sorry for them because they gave up on someone who would never of gave up on them!

    Some people will better your life by being in it, while others will better your life by staying out of it!

    Sometimes you can hurt yourself more than anyone can hurt you just by keeping your feelings hidden!

    You can never be happy if your trapped in the past and fearfull of the future. Living in the present is the only way to be happy, take one day at a time!

    Always do what your afraid to do, turning your back on your problems doesn,t solve them. it only delays them!

    Happiness is an effect of doing what you love, not an end goal to be achieved!

    Some people dream of success, others stay awake to achieve it!

    You are confined only by the walls that you build yourself!

    Remember that failure is not the opposite of success, but part of it!

    Fear and anger controls you and rules you, yet if you stop fighting it, you stop fighting yourself, you become free again!

    Dont concern yourself with things that dont concern you. If its not your business dont make it your burden!

    As you breathe right now another person takes there last, so learn to love yourself and make the most of everyday!

    Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. It emptys today of its strength.

    Being positive doesn,t mean ignoring the negatives. Being positive means over coming the negatives.

    Accept what you cant change. Change what you cant accept.

    It doesn,t matter how many times you breakdown!, What matters is how many times you get back up and fight.

    Your emotions create your actions.

    Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
