Clicking in throat

Whenever i lie down i get palpatations and a really uncomfortable clicking sound in my throat. Feels like a heartbeat too but it clicks. Its really horrible. Anyone else have this

Last year I had clicking sound whenever i swallowed, this lasted for a few months and i was really worried about it and eventually went to the Drs and after him assuring me it was nothing, I stopped worrying about it and it gradually went away.

Years gone by i remember having a clicking sound in my head when i walked never went to the doctors it went away after a while not sure what that was all about not had it since.
