I have dreadul shakes when I think people are looking at me.


Anyone else in the same boat?


Example: cleaning my teeth in the gym changing room, if someone else is in there then I have a real problem just getting the toothpaste onto my toothbrush.


When they leave, I'm 100% fine.


I've started taking 5-htp and ashwagandha so things might improve but any advice welcome.
