I keep having to swallow and my throat is getting dry!

Well this is a new one for me so I don't know what's wrong but I woke up constantly swallowing, couldn't stop. Decided to try and go back to sleep and I managed to but I actually dreamed about the constant swallowing so I must have been doing it. I don't feel like there's a lump there. I am not worried about throat cancer either.

I have reflux problems which usually cause me to have pain and wind and burning etc, but I wonder if it has got anything to do with this swallowing lark?!

I have to say that it may be a 'nerve' thing for some but it's not my thing. I've been drinking water etc and it goes down alright but makes me wanna burp.

I'm thinking it's got something to do with the reflux. Anyone any ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have a feeling like there is a lump in my throat. I ended up getting it after really bad acid reflux where it felt like a burning sensation coming up my esophagus.

I have had trouble swallowing saliva now for at least 2 months and a pain on the right side of my throat when I swallow saliva its like a tear in my throat.....dr states reflux.....its always reflux with these doctors, my throat is driving me insane, sticking together and dry....
