Its kind of like a mix of a twitch and buzz. Only seems to happen if im sitting or laying down. I feel a buzz in my toes, and the toes will slightly move too. Anyone ever experienced this? What is it?

Yes! Just your nerves playing tricks on you. Try taking a bath or going swimming.

Yes, I've had this happen before. It'll last a week or so and go away.

I have had this for the last 3 weeks, it’s worse when lying down in bed or when walking (strangely only out of my house) it’s like a buzzing that sometimes feels like a twitch and it gets worse if I bend my toes. I’m starting to think it might just be one of those things.
