Sometimes...well a lot of the time...I can feel my heart beating in my chest really forcefully, but at a 'normal' speed.
What on earth causes this?!
Do you reckon the hearty is actually beating in a different, more forceful way, or I'm just feeling its normal beating?

IMO, you're hyper-focused on the sensation. If you concentrate hard enough on any part of the body, you'll feel something you've not felt before.

Hello
What you are experiencing can be ectopic heartbeats or anxiety based heart palpitations. Other than the forceful beats do you feel anything else such as breathing problems, nausea, or headaches. Consult a doctor and get a diagnosis to be certain.
