    Involuntary breath intakes

    Hello.

I haven't been here for a long time but here I come again.

For the past 2 weeks I have been having these involuntary breath intakes. I would be breathing normally and then suddenly would take quick involuntary breath, sometimes deep sometimes not. It happens every 30minutes or so.I dont have any other obvious symptoms and I dont feel like I am lacking oxygen.

Has any of you experience anything similar?

P.S. You can delete the thread in other part of forum.

    Aren't 99.9% of breathes involuntary?

    What makes these ones special?

    Re: Involuntary breath intakes

It interrupts regular breathing. Of course breathing is involuntary, but this is like gasping, fast intake in the middle of normal breathing, that's not cause by anything obvious.
