Feeling weak after being out in snow

I went out today shoveling snow and felt a bit weak after it am sure I felt this way in 2010.

Is this normal to feel this way?

Well yes if you are not used to physical activity.

Why are you worried about this Phil?

The cold can sap your energy. It can affect your breathing, something that is a trigger to asthma for someone like me.

If you were out shoveling before having any breakfast Phil, it could lead to a drop in blood/sugar level. Also as Terry says, these kind of temps we're having would only exacerbate the situation.

Yes I think I may have got the cold as my breathing seems funny and had some chest pains but could be anxiety
