    Roma,

Very very well done to you.

You are a compete star and have just proven to yourself that you are stronger and more courageous than you thought you'd be !!

Also that you have in you the capacity to get over this anxiety .

After your treat and after a reward for your wonderful husband I strongly suggest that you plan a few outings to include food so you can proactively face this fear so you'll be more prepared another time.

Many congratulations indeed. We're thrilled for you .

Thank you Meg, and I can assure you that hubby was first in line for a treat!

You are right, I need to use this as a way to go forward now. Great things from little acorns grow, as they say. Who knows what I'll be able to do next year! - Tea with the Queen. Lol!

    Hi Roma,
I am so delighted that you had a good night, well done you! and i think i'd like to borrow your husband! lol. I will take in what you have said, i have to go out on Monday, although it's to view another college for my daughter, not for a meal or anything like that, and can feel the anxiety building up already, somewhere new, don't know the set-up etc... but i will re-read all the posts here and hopefully i'll manage too. well done again. keep in touch. and keep it up

    What lovely news to hear.

You did it even though you got a bit panicky and you managed to eat something as well!!

How sweet of hubbie to do that for you.

    Onwards and upwards I say!
