I knew 4 people who had ALS, they were the only ones in their family..

Just an observation...
Having been on the boards for a while, I recognize certain trademark psychological symptoms of someone in a stranglehold by their dragon. Based on the first few threads, this one is breathing fire down your neck
By talking about your HS GPA numbers, I take it you're in your teens. I have a daughter with anxiety and depression. She came to me when she was your age and told me what was going on. I, along with her mother, made sure she got help. She still has her moments but with therapy and medication, she's doing well.
Talk to your parents, a trusted adult or a school counselor. You're much too young to be suffering like this.
