Scared of pregnancy! A question for womens.

Hi there! My GF (20 yrs) and I (21) are very concerned about her late period this month. She came off the BC pills four months ago, the first two cycles were of 31 days, the 3rd 34 days and now she's on the 40 day without signals! On the pill she was pretty regular (28 days) but now it seems that her cycle it's getting larger. Acording to the last period, we are 6 days late today.
We had sex at least four times since her last period, using condoms very carefully like we always do, so we don't really think that she could be pregnant but... who knows

Tomorrow we are gonna buy an urine test if nothing starts to change, just to be sure and for our peace of mind, but we are really scared because it's definetely not our best moment to have a child...
Any advice? Anyone can relate? Any word it's appreciated! Thanks!

We hope so! I'm already a very anxious person (focused mostly on my health) but this is freaking me out and hour after hour I can't stop thinking about it

If I had money for everytime I've had a freak out after my period messed up and I thought I was pregnant

! I've been there lad! Like my period was totally out of order for ages after I came off the pill. If she's under stress that can also mess up the cycle.

Also for a test, I would recommend clear blue. It's the best test and it will 100% give you peace of mind!! Let us know the result x

Pregnancy fear it's even more hard to beat that cancer fear lol. Thank you for your reply! We know that after BC pills the cycle can be irregular but we didn't expected 40 days without a period

Well, we did the urine test and it was totally NEGATIVE! We're a little less anxious about this now, but we will wait for her period and see what happens!
