I agree with Paula Lynne. Things can and WILL get better. Please ring the Samaritans as suggested above as they are good at dealing with the feelings you are experiencing. Don't give up.

hi all dose any one get panic attacks that often that when the don't you feel almost like there is something wrong and wonder because you havent took one is the next one going to make up for it
