Weak arms. Please reassure?

Hi for the last week my arms feel like a weak feeling. It's from the inside of my elbows down to my hands. My legs feel similar too. I'm also feeling a bit jittery/buzzy/tingly too. I feel anxious but think it's more because of the symptoms than anything. Can this be anxiety? Thankyou

yup got this at the moment for a good 3 weeks try not to think about it and it should pass
