If your concerned i would go to the doctor to be on the safe side BUT I imagine it is normal throat/mouth anatomy and nothing to be concerned about
Try not to study the inside of your mouth too much, it can be quite overwhelming when your not sure what your looking at
Also i do understand as i get anxiety over anything mouth/throat related
