advice on symtoms pleasexxx

hi ive been to my gp hes put me back on 10mg 3 times a day i can take 20mg if i need to but ive taken 2 twice a day now been on them for about 2 weeks any way does anyone get funny feeling in there chest not pain but rite under there ribs more uper chest also pains in the arms or wrists cold feeling going down there arms ive been to the doctors he said it fine but i just would like to know if any one else has had these sort of things just to put my mind at rest really thankx for reading x

i get this and also the feeling that the air is thin i spoke to my doctor he said it was fine
