panic or anxiety?

hi all sorry it me agin, just wondered if you some people suffer fro just one simptom at a time?

i was visting some family with the other half and somethigs were said like what happened when my grandad died and what happen to my nan in the past and stuff like that i stated to feel v-uncoftable and getting funny pains in my cheast and a lump in throught and then funny pains in my arm but not altogether i have nevr e had this befor .

and then i had the hole neack tention thing its really sore and gose right up behind my ear it stats to sacr me that dose start think i got a brain tumer or something lol .

thanks for all your help and sorry about my bed spelling i should go back and learn.

Hi Amanda,

I posted something similar the other day. I think we know it is symptoms of anxiety but that is hard to deal with when you have never experienced it before isn't it. I think if you were talking about things that made you uncomfortable then that may have been the cause.

I don't really have any advise but just wanted to let you know you are not alone and yes it is scary.
