IBS ???

I have had cramping , wind and some constipation for the last four 3 1/2 months.
I have had ibs in the past.
The pain is mainly on my left side - Lower stomach and am worried I might have diverticular disease.
i keep cancelling dr appointments.
I’m in my fifties now.
i know no one can diagnose, has anyone had ibs with wind and cramps on left side.
i have made another drs appointment for the end of May.
I have been very stressed recently and have part time work starting next week after not working for nearly 2 years.
i was bullied in my last job and had to leave in the end.
Please if anyone could share their experiences.

Hi, i've had ibs for almost 30 years now, I don't get a great deal of pain but I do get discomfort. It's an uncomfortable feeling under my left rib and I can often feel wind in that area. If I press on that part I can feel the gas moving along.

It certainly sounds like ibs to me. Hope this helps.

I’ve had pain and cramps with my ibs for over 10 years now, it definitely doesn’t mean it’s anything more.

I've had random stomach cramps and gas on and off for the past 25ish years. Still not dead, so IBS is my best guess.
