I wanted to provide an update in case it helps others.
Long story short, I believe my pvc’s were caused by a combination of stress and low magnesium. However, magnesium supplementation was not working. I started timing my magnesium supplements to coincide with meals and betaine hci and I have had great results. Essentially, I believe that I did not have sufficient stomach acid to dissolve the magnesium and make it bio-available. Ironically, a cause of low stomach acid is prolonged stress.
I know pvc’s are different for everyone, but maybe this will help someone.
Note: I am not a medical professional and I am not recommending anyone use this method. Please use betaine hci carefully. It is available from most nutrition stores but has a specific dosage technique.
