really anxious right sided chest pain

I dont know whether this is muscular or not I keep on getting this short stabbing pain in my right hand side of my chest. I am really edgy tonight and I have been leaning over my computer for a few hours and I had 2 cups of coffee and a large chocolate cake earlier. The good news I think is I can put my finger on it when it comes and it only lasts a few seconds at a time. I am wondering whether anxiety could cause this or whether it is epigrastic I am burping a lot.

Yes anxiety classic sign burping taken on to much air over a short period of time in small gulps

Spot on again if you can pin point the area with you finger they say it can only be muscular.

You need to sit back and relax and breath fully in to your belly so you can see it raise and fall and all this should pass very soon
