CBD for Anxiety?

Has anyone used CBD for anxiety? Im currently into my 3rd week of using it and it has actually been working a treat! I was really not expecting much from it but its surprising! was looking to get some other feedback from people?

I tried it for a couple days and didn't notice a difference. Did you feel like you had to use it regularly for a period of time before you noticed an effect?

Yeah, it wasn't until the 2nd week and I upped the strength did I feel any impact!

I am thinking about trying cbd to help with my anxiety instead of meds which don't work how much do u take in a day
