Hi,
I am back from the dentist sure that I had an infection of some kind because of the pain,with head and neck pain on that side of my face. But thankfully just grinding again.
Does anyone else do this? Advice on how to stop? (I have a guard)

I don't grind, I clench at night. I had a guard at one time, bit through that.
