Missed doses

Hi

I'm terrible at taking my meds at the same time everyday and it's always random times to be honest. Sometimes I forget for a day or I've known 2or 3 before.

Can this be the reason I get an upset tummy or migraine when I make the effort to take them as regular as possible. Missed a day out last week and the day after I got 💩💩💩 and took them at random times the last day or so but my tummy is noisy.

I suffer from Ibs too so it doesn't help.

Any advice greatly appreciated xx

You really need to take them regularly and not skip doses. Set an alarm on your phone to remind you if you have to.
