Stomach probs...first time poster

Hi all!

I have been lurking around this site for a long time but this is my first time actually posting. Over the past week i seem to be having some digestive issues and have not been able to eat much. Based on these things can anyone give any advice or insight or have experience something similar? Backstory, I have been extremely anxious over the last two months after some HA scares, death of my grandma and extreme panic attacks .I am feeling severely anxious over this and I know that that is not helping. Thanks and much love!

Mild intermittent nausea
Upper stomach tension...maybe not quite cramping
Burning sensation in stomach
Burps
Mild heartburn
Lack of appetite
Gurgling/noises

Normal stool

It sounds VERY typical for anxiety. It will wreak havoc on your digestive system. I wouldn't worry at all

Hi - welcome! So Sorry about your grandma - no wonder you are feeling anxious. Those symptoms do sound typical of anxiety. Have you suffered with health anxiety before or is this new to you?

Yes! I’ve had all sorts of symptoms. I’ve had anxiety for about 12 years but it’s really flared up over the last year and specifically the last 2-3 months.
